The purpose of the raffle is to raise money for the Zionsville Community High School Bands program.
The raffle is a shared-proceeds raffle with a prize equal to half of the proceeds from sale of the raffle tickets up to a maximum prize of $2,500. The balance of the proceeds remain with ZBB.
Tickets are $5 each or 5 tickets for $20.
Raffle tickets will be sold only in Indiana at approved ZBB events and home football games from August 28, 2026 through October 23, 2026.
The raffle is open only to individuals 18 years of age and older. The person listed on the entry ticket must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to win. A payout cannot be made to someone younger than 18. Contact information must be legible and included on the raffle ticket to be eligible to win.
The winner does not need to be present at the drawing to win.
The winning ticket will be selected at random by a ZBB Board Member from all eligible entries. One winning ticket and four runner-up tickets will be drawn on October 23, 2026 between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Runner-up tickets will be retained in sealed envelopes numbered 1-4 and used in order, only if necessary. The ZBB Board Member drawing tickets is not eligible to win.
The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided on the ticket and will have 72 hours to respond. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, ZBB may contact the runner-up ticket holders, consecutively, each of whom will have 72 hours to respond before ZBB contacts the next consecutive runner up.
If no selected winner or runner-up timely responds, ZBB may retain the full prize amount.
Participants may purchase tickets using cash, check, credit card, or, if available, Venmo.
Raffle workers may purchase raffle tickets; however, no raffle worker may sell a ticket to themselves.
